Figure out something your competitors are not doing and put a lot more focus into that. You could also make your blog a lot more engaging to read. Encourage your readers to interact with you on your blog to make it a lot more interesting.
Along with this, tell them why you are doing what you do, make your blog insightful and helpful so that your customers keep coming back for more.
